Privacy Policy

Count the Boxes · Box Counter: Counting Master

Effective date: October 30, 2026

This policy explains how the mobile game Count the Boxes (listed on the App Store as "Box Counter: Counting Master"), developed by Hung Nguyen Quang ("we", "us"), handles information. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, location or microphone.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress, stars, settings, energy and streaks are stored only on your device. We do not receive this data. Deleting the app deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free players see ads served by Google AdMob. Before ads load, iOS asks whether the app may track you (App Tracking Transparency). If you allow it, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show more relevant ads. If you decline, ads are not personalised with the IDFA. AdMob may collect device information, IP address (used to estimate coarse location), ad interaction data and diagnostics to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Users in regions that require it are shown a consent form, and can change their choice later from Settings → Privacy choices. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. Premium subscribers see no ads.

Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)

Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and keep track of your subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated user ID, your purchase history for this app, and basic device information. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

How information is used

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use data for any purpose other than those listed above.

Children

The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Retention and your choices

On-device data stays until you delete the app. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit tracking in iOS Settings, and you can contact us to ask questions or request deletion of any data linked to you held by our service providers. Residents of the EEA, the UK and California have rights to access, delete or object to processing of their data; contact us to exercise them.

Security

Data sent to our providers travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
